Order Processing Time

After placing your order, we require approximately 1–3 business days to process it.

Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or during weekends may require slightly longer processing times.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.


International Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your local carrier, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Delivery of Your Order

Once your package arrives, you can enjoy your ZAHI purchase immediately.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team and we will gladly assist you.


Damaged Products

We are sorry if your item arrives damaged.

In the event that your product is damaged during transportation, we will always send a replacement package free of charge on the first occurrence.

If the issue occurs again with the replacement shipment, we will provide a full refund.

To report a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement package first before proceeding with any refund request.

If the package has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, the order becomes eligible for a full refund.
